Service scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, KPIs (if any), and other conditions are defined in the applicable contract / statement of work / written confirmation.

5. User Communications

If you send inquiries, briefs, files, or other information to PrimeSphere OÜ:

  • you confirm you have the right to share such materials;

  • you agree that PrimeSphere OÜ may use them to evaluate your request, prepare a proposal, and communicate with you;
